CPC have constructed many of these Tarpon 42’s conceived by naval architect Gilbert CAROFF and constructed to withstand the rigors of life in hire fleets throughout Europe. This is an owner version built to coastal navigation standards (20 miles from the coast under previous French legislation) with twin diesel engines and a unique layout. Never used in hire service and ordered by a first owner in 1993 the layout comprises a full width master cabin aft and double berth cabin forward. A bunk berth and an open plan galley make one large convivial day space of the wheelhouse saloon area. Used for extensive cruises for many years by our current owners who have cruised` in many areas in France, The boat is equipped with diesel fired central heating to 6 radiators. All the space and style of a quality Dutch steel cruiser but with the ease of maintenance of a GRP construction.
