Broker's Comments

This 32ft Classic sailing yacht built by Herbert Woods benefits from having a modern inboard Nanni diesel engine and all the comforts you would expect from an ex hire cruiser.... However this once fine and Lively lady is now in need of an owner with a passion and a determination to see her gracing the rivers once more. The pictures tell the story, she is on the hardstanding under cover and is in need of repair work though this is mainly to the hull. The new owner(s) would be able to carry on the mooring and there is expert help on hand should it be required. If you fancy a winter project or have a mind for a challenge then this will prove to be a very rewarding buy. The areas that need attention are clearly marked on the hull as she was examined recently. I have photographed the boat as is, I have not put all the floors back (which by the way are in excellent condition) or tidied things up at all in order to give you the most honest impression of her. I will say however, that from the rubbing strake upwards she is very solid and needs little attention. The interior and build quality is evident and the internal woodwork is in very good order. She was the most expensive Aux yacht to hire in the Blakes Brochure during her reign.
She is kept under a very expensive quality all over cover which will need to be removed in advance of viewings.
