Comentario del broker
New Zealand boat built by the whiting brothers who are well known for building blue water cruisers that could withstand almost anything thrown at them and this is boat is no different.
This is a well known boat with a rich history having a round the world passage and 3 single handed Atlantic crossings!
The gentlemen who owned her before being left in storage for 11 years has many Atlantic and round the world trips under his belt, all for charity. Very well publicised and an incredible back story. This boat was really well looked after and tested in all sorts of conditions. There are a lot of new articles on the boat pertaining to his life and travels and just solidifies the amazing story of this boat.
After being bought by her previous owners she had a good face lift but was never given the time to actually sail. The current owners have enjoyed her as a safe family cruiser around the east coast. A new mast, boom, running and standing rigging have all been completed in 2021, so she is ready to go with assurance that you will be buying a safe and solid boat.
