Broker's Comments

Preliminary details awaiting owner’s confirmation
This is a fine example of the ever popular little Westerly Warwick. ‘Little’ is probably the wrong word as there is so much boat and in this case, so well equipped. The previous owners of this Warwick have not held back on spending money both on upgrades and maintenance. Copper coated in 2006 and equipped with hot water and shore power is a little unusual for a boat of this size. Its always refreshing for us brokers to receive a full folder of invoices and details for a boat simply because it shows care and attention that is usually reflected in the general upkeep of the boat. In this case the folder has receipts and rigging checks going back to 2000 and all the instruction books and manuals are included as well. In summary, a tidy well equipped Warwick on the water and ‘ready to go’.
