Broker's Comments
The owner has recently died and the boat is now being sold by relatives who know very little about the boat. We have sold the boat twice before so know some of the history.
This small ketch is like a tardis! A good sized fore cabin with galley, two berths and heads as well as a generous sized aft cabin with double berth. Located centrally is the deep sided cockpit which provides a very safe a dry helm position. On deck there is a large aft deck area as well good space around the mast and foredeck.
This boat was extensively upgraded in 2008 with a new engine, new navigation equipment and much more but the boat has been sat for a few months now and needs a good clean throughout.
