Broker's Comments

Typical of her 1970's era, the Seamaster Sailer 23 and her Westerly cousins et al introduced countless families to the delights of yacht cruising; frequently as a move up from dinghy sailing once the children (and dogs) came along!
A competent little bilge keeler she has five berths at maximum capacity although five adults would find her cramped for more than day trips but two adults and a couple of kids and a dog could enjoy longer adventures! She has basic accommodation with sea toilet, galley and a good old BUKH motor for when the wind drops, fairly new and very tidy upholstery in her cabin and a safe cockpit commensurate with her size.
This yacht has had the same owner twice in her moderately long life, having been discovered locally in a rather tired state eleven years ago by a sailing couple with fond memories of her in her youth. They bought her (again) and sailed her until the sad event which has left the owner widowed and with no desire to sail alone, hence she is sadly in need of a new owner once more!
