Broker's Comments
This is a lot of boat for the asking price, in surprisingly good order throughout and appears to have been very well maintained by her present owners. She is well equipped with modern navigation aids including chart plotter, echo pilot, log and wind instruments. Wired for shore power to two double sockets there is also a microwave in the galley and twin burner cooker.
There is a long list of new gear including a new genoa & furling system, new spray hood, new cockpit cushions, new stanchions, new microwave, new batteries and new VHF. The engine, a 21hp Nanni diesel is only two years old with just 166 hours recorded.
With an appeal to all kinds of sailors, including those with a family, this boat has a separate double berth in the stern, twin bunk in the forward cabin and still room for two small ones in the saloon.
An independent marine engineers report was carried out in January 2009 and the minor items of routine maintenance highlighted have been attended to. Antifouled at the start of this season, She is ready to go.
A mooring in Rye may be available by separate negotiation.
