This particular Monterey 265 is not only the best of its kind that is currently for sale, I would argue it is the best example anywhere.
She has been fully updated and refitted. Where to start.....
The engine was installed brand new in 2010. However, it was only used very lightly thereafter. In 2021 a full refit commenced with no expense spared. Over 12 months the engine was recommissioned and fully serviced by a Mercuiser main dealer. Apart from the normal oils and filters, all the belts, water pumps and fuel pump were replaced. A compression test was conducted with perfect results.
The engine has only 135 hours from new, no faults, starts and runs beautifully.
In September 2022 a brand new leg was fitted with new UJ, gimbal bearing and bellows. All documented of course.
New top of the range covers were installed, all new Flexi teak decks professionally supplied and fitted. New dashboard with a full set of new clocks. Chartplotter was upgraded, all new batteries, wiring, VSR charging circuits all brand new. The cockpit upholstery was completely renewed. The cabin has all new LED lighting, taps, waste water handling, pumps etc.
This is by no means all of the works that have been done, but it hopefully gives a flavour of the exceptional nature of this special boat.
Shes just been lifted, cleaned and inspected plus valeted so shes ready to go.
