Broker's Comments
This Macwester Rowan 22 is a nice sturdy yacht fine for coastal, inland or river use. They have a decent amount of room in them for a 22ft boat; the headroom in the cabin is around 5ft 9" and she can sleep 4. The Petter Diesel was reconditioned about 5 years ago and we are advised it’s reliable. The sails are all in serviceable condition too, so if you’re looking for a budget yacht that doesn't need a load of work doing to it this could be the one.
