Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to offer this Liverpool boats 40ft narrow boat powered by a Beta diesel engine.
She has been used as a live aboard for the last 6 years by her current owner and is a nice tidy and homely place to spend time.
She has wet central heating plus a wood burning stove and a well fitted fully equipped galley midships with gas hob and tower double ovens and grill, full size fridge and plenty of storage complete the usable galley.
She has a full double aft cabin which is cozy and comfortable and she has 240v shore power with battery charger, solar panels and inverters fitted.
She is a cruiser stern layout and is presented in tidy condition.
Her liveaboard mooring may also be available to the new owner by agreement with the land owner.
She has a Boat Safety Certificate to 2029 and her Broads toll is paid for the remainder of the toll period.
She was last blacked and had new anode in June this year.
