Broker's Comments
Unlike many Sun Odyssey 49s this yacht has always been in private ownership. As a consequence she is in excellent condition.
She has also been configured for oceanic passage making and is equipped with every necessary aid e.g. generator, watermaker, HF/SSB with Pactor modem, sat phone and for smooth arrival a bow thruster!
En route you will be kept cool or warm with three units of reversible air conditioning!
This would make a great ARC 2012 boat.
The vessel is British flagged but owned by a non-Brit through a BVI company. The company only owns the vessel so the company can also be transferred for a non-Brit purchaser who wants to maintain the vessel on the BVI register.
This vessel is a must see for anyone considering a vessel of this size for ocean crossings.
The details of this Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 49 for sale in the Mediterranean are subject to contract.
