This yacht was acquired by an experienced yachtsman in the USA and sailed to Europe. He has now decided that he wants to live ashore.

This boat has been sailing the last few months but she has now been put into storage ashore. There is plenty of scope to adjust the layout of the boat and improve the creature comforts aboard. This yacht could suit someone with a tight financial budget but with plenty of time for bringing a sparkle back to this boat. A small investment would refresh this boat and easily double or triple it's value.
