The chart plotter is linked to the Nexus 200 DSC VHF radio, thus giving automatic positional data in the event of a DSC distress signal being sent. Furthermore she has a Raymarine ST 1000 tiller pilot which was installed in 2012. Combined Depth and Log information is provided by the Clipper Duet instrument.
The JVC stereo system, with fitted speakers, has MP3 connectivity.

Broker's Comments
The Hurley 24/70 is a big little boat, offering standing headroom, a little under 6ft, comfortable accommodation for four and a deep safe cockpit, attributes not usually fouind on boats less than 27ft. In addition she has a build standard not achievable in modern boats and a design that suits shorthanded sailing.
This particular Hurley 24/70 is a little gem, she has been extremely well maintained throughout her current ownership and benefits from many upgrades. As with all 40 year old boats, they are still one or two issues that require attention, a new owner for example may wish to replace to the saloon windows which are crazed. With this in mind she is keenly priced and therefore is an attractive option as a starter boat or as a study little coastal cruiser AND comes with free winter storage until the end of March, including free launching. All in all a great little package at a fantastic reduced price, the perfect starter boat.
A small inflatable dinghy is also available by separate negotiation.
