Broker's Comments

The Hurley 24/70 is a proper little yacht capable of taking her crew anywhere if competantly handled. A traditional layout below decks might appear cramped to modern eyes but it's a layout that works and can accommodate four in relative comfort. This yacht has been in her present ownership for the last nine years (I sold it to him!) and in that time has been well looked after with a survey, new standing rigging, new sprayhood and cockpit tent. Her sails are serviceable and we are assured that her Yanmar motor is reliable and 'spot on'. For sale as her owner has found his next yacht. Lying ashore in the club boatyard, she will be rigged and launched for Easter.
