Broker's Comments
Of all of the Hurleys the 22 was one of the most successful. They are a solid cruiser with a good turn of speed. Several have crossed the Atlantic, even the Pacific is not unconquered territory. In 1967 the Round The Island Race was won by a Hurley 22 in the hands of Ian Walker.
She has had much work done in recent years with a major refit in 2004 and a major overhaul of the trailer in 2005. Her owner is now reluctantly parting with her as he no longer has time to use her.
