Construction

Underwater profile | Full-displacement |
Finish | Gelcoat finish |
Built by Offshore yachts to a very good standard.
The hull could do with a compound and polish along with the topsides.
The external woodwork is sound but needs cleaning back to bare wood and recoating
I noticed that one of the cockpit pieces of timber requires attention.

A very well layout below decks with good standing room and a beamy feel.
The heads are located aft and the berth arrangements are good in the forward cabin as well the clever hinge out bunks with fabric sides to keep you safe in a heavy sea.
The Cockpit can seat five in comfort.
A small holding tank is also fitted plus a sea toilet
2 burner gas cooker/stove

Broker's Comments
The owner has asked this boat to go to a good home, hence the realistic price.Coming from a well known builder this boat needs some loving detail to bring that wow factor back. Required is time in labour and cleaning with also a paint brush for that varnishwork. I noticed that 2 feet of rubbing strake was missing on the port side and a pop rivet is required on the mast spreader.
A previous owner has sail this boat from the Baltic sea to the Med. via the Bay of Biscay.
Overall a lot of boat that has good sea keeping with a good cockpit shelter for any weather that can be thown at it.
Yes the Price ONLY £4500.00 ! a bargin that just requires some hard work to make her sparkle again.
BSS untill July 2012
