Broker's Comments
A great first boat easily single handed but with room for the family and with a draft of only 1.5 m.
She was surveyed by the most thorough surveyor in the region when purchased by the current owner and just about all recommendations except for fitting a gas detector were attended to. There are, as with all boats, a few minor jobs that need doing but she could be dropped in the water, sails rigged and sailed away tomorrow.
