Broker's Comments
Here we have a tidy, all original gelcoat Freeman 23 with good interior wood and in what appears to be generally good order throughout.
Her Watermota Seawolf petrol engine is serviced regularly by the local boatyard and she starts and runs nicely.
She is clean and tidy and her layout is original Freeman. Her toilet compartment has been redecorated and just needs a Porta Poti adding. She has a compact galley with gas cooker and basin and manual cold water pump, so is very original.
The basin is cracked however, new ones are available from Sheridan Marine so this is an easy change.
She has good cockpit upholstery and canopy. Her interior upholstery is not ripped but does have some marks as its cream in colour. These should be able to be washed out or re-covered, as is your choice.
She has a valid Boat Safety Certificate to 2026 and her mooring may be available with discussion with the boat yard. This would make an ideal first cruiser for family fun days out on the river.
