Broker's Comments

The Etap 22 like all Etap's has a double skinned deck and hull they were marketed as unsinkable because even if holed and full of water they will still stay afloat. The construction off course means they are also very well insulated and virtually condensation free.
This boat has had the keel mechanism upgraded to a hydraulic system this makes it easier to raise, and lowering it is just a matter of releasing a valve.
The interior was updated in 2008 with new upholstery and the boat has a good set of sails. The 4-stroke outboard was new in 2006 but has completed few hours and is serviced annually.
Appointments to view can be arranged in advance 6-days a week by contacting the Boatshed Essex office direct.
