Broker's Comments
This traditional Dutch sailing barge although used as a livaboard is often taken out and sailed on the local rivers. Its mast is counterbalanced and can be dropped easily by one person, giving incredible scope for inland cruising.
The boat is moored on one of the beautiful East coast rivers, close to main rail links to London. A very peaceful spot, yet close to all amenities.
