Broker's Comments

This is a sporty little quarter tonner and although she is the cruising version nevertheless has a good turn of speed with potential for more. She is owned by the local Marine Training College, currently coded for commercial use and has been their project and race boat for the last three years. Unfortunately she now has to go as pruned budgets mean docking fees have proved too much for them. She would benefit from some cosmetic tlc it is true, if a smart fast cruising yacht is what you want. But if your ambitions lie around the cans and you are not planning on entertaining visitors, then all she needs is a lick of antifouling. She is structurally and mechanically in excellent health and it really is just cosmetics that you may choose to put a little time and effort into. She is offered for sale complete with her cradle.
