Broker's Comments

This boat is a partly finished project, and would be a great buy for anyone with a little knowledge of boat re-fitting and some spare time on their hands.
She was originally purchased by the current owner some 5 years ago, who bought her with a view to completely re-fitting her out. But due to time constraints the owner has now regrettably decided to sell her part completed.
The hull and engine are in very good condition, and the boat has not been in the water for the past five years.. The new galley is almost complete, with a new sink, cupboards and worktop. She has been partly rewired and new head linings have also been fitted. There is a new toilet in the heads along with plenty of newly fitted storage cupboards, and a nice touch are the solid timber internal window surrounds.
The boat is offered at a good price, and any prospective purchaser would be sure to re-coup their investment and more once she is completed.
There are a number of extras included in the sale, such as a depth sounder, speed log, compass, internal light fittings, and a cooker, all of which are yet to be installed.
