Broker's Comments
BoatshedWales is pleased to introduce to the market this exceptionally well-presented Cheetah Cat 7.9m.
Renowned for their stand-out performance in all weather conditions, these boats are highly sought after for commercial duties. Used primarily for light survey work, mainly water sampling, the boat benefits from a large, unobstructed deck, making it a versatile blank canvas, ready for adaptation for future use as a fishing vessel, passenger/touring/sightseeing vessel, or further commercial work.
Powered by twin Honda 135hp four-stroke engines with a history of keen annual maintenance—last professionally serviced in March 2024—the engines provide an economical cruising speed of 22 knots with a top speed in excess of 30 knots.
Included in the sale is a custom triple-axle road trailer, built by Cheetah specifically for this vessel. Regularly towed by a Land Rover Discovery, the fully braked triple-axle design offers smooth, simple transportation. Note, the trailer has not been dipped in salt water. The trailer has been maintained to a high standard, with all components, even the tyres regularly serviced or replaced.
The vessel is MCA Coded for Category 3, renewed in April 2024, and is ready to go to work.
Well maintained and presented for sale in excellent condition, this package is all set to go for her next commercial venture.
