Broker's Comments
The popular Catalina 34 model was very sought after so Catalina brought out a second version in 1996. The Mark II. With its wide beam & spacious accomodation's has nearly as much living space below as the 36 model with a shorter waterline length in addition to all it's creature comforts. The current owners have primarily day sailed the boat but state it's ideally suited as a live aboard & Coastal Cruiser.
