She is a solidly constructed shallow draft cruiser, ideal for exploring creeks and coastal waters. The accommodation and headroom are generous, and the boat has clearly been lovingly maintained, with a lightly used 8HP outboard. The Vivacity is a popular entry level cruiser, and this example is competitively priced.
Her berth may also be available by separate negotiation as is a dinghy.
