The forward cabin has two 5' 10" (1.78m) berths with cave lockers below, while lockers also run the full length just under the side decks. A fore-hatch above opens direct to deck and two windows are arranged in the coach roof sides. Aft of this is a sea type WC to port with hanging space and shelves to starboard. The toilet compartment s completely closed off by the forecastle and saloon doors, the latter being of the sliding type. The saloon is 7' 0" long (2.13m) and settee berths are arranged each side with the feet recessed under the worktops. The berths are a generous 7' 0" x 26" (2.13m x 0.66m). Lockers are arranged under the berths and also full length just under the side decks.

Triple keel shallow draft (2'6") 4 berth sailing cruiser, lying Wells-next-the-sea, Norfolk. Furling head sail 5 years old, Main in lazy jacks with zip cover. Spare sails including spinnaker. Upholstery good grey corded fabric, new sea toilet and cooker recently. Good Kubota 2 cylinder 10/12 horse power diesel with heat exchanger. VHF radio, compass, depth sounder. Fenders, life jakets, GPS, hand held radio, spray hood and dodgers, excellent bombard 2.6m inflatable with last season new 2.3 hp honda. Also 9 foot grp tender. Whole boat in good order, ready to sail. Lloyds hull certificate, SSR registered. Needs a good scrub but otherwise a great little boat with no signs of any blisters on the hull. The interior is very dry with no smells whatsoever.Only for sale owing to change of plans.
