Broker's Comments
A nicely maintained vessel, she has a surprising amount of room for her 23' and below she feels like a bigger boat. She is a great boat for our local waters with her shallow draft, lifting keel and beaching legs. She can go up many of the creeks that other boats cannot reach!
A great starter boat to get into yachting without breaking the bank.She would be a great first boat for any new budding sailors or couples who enjoy estuary, river and coastal sailing.
The mooring in the beautiful Cowlands Creek (near Truro) may be available by separate negotiation.
