Broker's Comments

Back in it's hay day, the O'day was the 25 footer of choice out in the USA and with over 2500 sold, it was a best seller.

This version, suitable for deep water sailing or shoal and estuary sailing, has an incapsulated lead weighted keel with a lifting centre board. Although the upholstery could do with updating, she is stiff, well balanced and forgiving. An easy boat to sail.

She was built with racing and serious cruising in mind and for a boat of her length, she seems to have plenty of room both in the cockpit and down below. The side decks are also wide and easy to move around.

The tabernacle allows for the mast to be easily lowered so that she can be trailered to your favourite launch site. A good fun family cruiser at a very reasonable price.
