Broker's Comments

The Nova 27 is actually just short of 28' in length but even more impressive, she feels like a thirty footer when you walk her decks. A long fin keel, relatively heavy displacement and a handsome sheer line mark her out as a west coast yacht. She's rugged, well built and sea kindly with the potential for some serious passage making. Her accomodation iwould be comfortable for four but ideal for two and she benefits from a full cockpit cover and eberspacher blown air heating. However, she requires some work to bring her back to a state which she deserves, cosmetically at least. She has lain neglected ashore for the last two years and is sadly for sale due to ill health - she could be launched and sailed as she is as there is nothing mechanically or structurally wrong as far as we can tell. She would reward a new owner who can see beyond the boatyard grime, and at a bargain basement price!
