Broker's Comments

About 300 of these capable pocket cruisers were built. They pack in an extraordinary amount of accommodation for their 23' length, including a separate heads compartment, yet enjoy a considerable reputation for their sea-worthiness. This example seems to be in good order, and enjoys some notable benefits: in 2013 she had new Arun sails, a new prop, new standing rigging and the sail-drive diaphragm was replaced. She was re-engined in 1991. She was re-anti-fouled and the anode replaced this year. She comes with a Zodiac tender and Mariner outboard, and seems to have all a couple or small family need for a comfortable sailing weekend or even longer.
