A very good example of the Jaguar 23 Lifting Keel sailing yacht.
The owner has looked after her well and it shows.
She is basic with respect to navigation equipment and there is no gas on board.
However she is a superb sailing boat that appears to be in very good condition throughout. the interior is very dry and free from any signs of water ingress, the owner had the windows removed and resealed last year.
Having a lifting keel is ideal for sailing on the Broads.
The mooring (approx £500.00 per annum) is available if required in Brundall.
