Broker's Comments

This is sturdy little sailing cruiser. The cushions are all new, and have not been used. The outboard is only a few years old and has less than 10 hours work.
The accommodation is open plan with 4 berths The lifting keel is not intrusive and does not restrict the forward berths. There is space for a galley, and a chemical heads. With its shallow draught and easily lowered mast it can easily be trailered.
The cockpit is well designed for 4 people there is easy access forward along the wide side decks
The fractional rig is designed to enable the experienced and inexperienced sailor to get a lot of enjoyment.
A spinnaker is included for extra excitement
The owner has used this a day boat and never bothered with any electrics so would suggest this is considered if interested in purchasing
Well worth a look
