Broker's Comments

A worthwhile project. IP 24's are strongly built, good sea keeping boats with their high prow and canoe stern giving plenty of buoyancy. An engine rebuild together with reasonable inventory makes this one attractive. She does need some paintwork and varnish tidying up, especially on deck. She benefits from an ongoing cabin refit internally which includes cabin side insulation and panelling. These moorings are very rare and this one is transferable subject to agreement with the mooring owner and a fee payable which is not included in the asking price.
