Broker's Comments
Just back on the market again, I sold this boat to the current owner in May, but he has just been offered another much larger boat so this is up for grabs once more. A survey was carried out prior to purchase and a copy of this will be available on request.
A very very nice Hurley 22. All up together and well cared for, its a get in and go type of vessel.
All in all a great value for money boat and can include a mooring for the season if required. A chance to jump the waiting list in fact. All paid until next Spring including Winter storage at Mylor.
Previously owned by local harbour master so you can bet she is in good condition throughout. A serious amount of money has recently been spent to include reconditioned engine, sails serviced etc etc.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
