Broker's Comments
We are delighted to be featuring this gaff rigged vessel, which is as attractive as it is interesting. Wooden built, with epoxy coating to the hull, she looks to have been looked after over the years, needing a littke cosmetic work recently. The sails look to be in good condition and the no-nonsense, long stroke engine started and ran during our visit. The cockpit has plenty of room and is complemented with some stowage facility also. The decks provide good access forward and room on the foredeck for anchoring and sail management. Down below there is a saloon and sleeping accommodation, with a forward compartment currently used for sail stowage, but could be re-purposed for a range of uses. Similarly, there is potential to add a small galley and heads area. With a little exterior tidying and if you are looking for a classic yacht with a bespoke feel, this is a boat to consider.
