Her paintwork needs some attention, but the hull and superstructure seem to be sound.

The saloon is fine, although there is a little bit of cosmetic work to be done, and some plumbing maybe. The forecabin berths and heads have been removed, giving the new owner scope to install a vee-berth and some lockers perhaps. The heads sea cocks are in situ, so re-fitting the loo shouldn't be too much of an issue.
2 burner gas cooker/stove

Broker's Comments
Very much a work in progress, this little Folksong 25 for sale with Boatshed Port Solent has all the makings of fine short-handed passage maker; long keel, narrow beam, sea kindly.
She has some cosmetic “issues:” Above decks her grab rails were getting a bit worn so have been removed, she needs some new ones. Her cockpit lockers needs finishing, and her topsides could do with attention. Her furling gear has been damaged, so she could do with a new drum. Some of her gear has been removed, such as the heads and the forward bunks, so down below you have a free hand to create your own snug little haven! The best thing to do is have a good look at the pictures, and email me if you’d like some larger versions. Well worth a viewing, anyone with a little time could have her shining like a new pin over one winter, and sail into the sunset next season.
