Broker's Comments
A lovely little cruising Folkboat. She has the extra wide companionway hatch that enable good access and ventilation and in clement weather give ou a very light and airy cabin. Well laid out for two people with ample storage and everything to hand. Well maintained and with a substanial over cover she is a dry boat with no signs of any leaks. An ideal first boat with a seakeeping pedigree second to none. Folkboats in all their guises never stay with us long so an early viewing is essential. These boat details are subject to contract.
