Broker's Comments

This is a super example of a British built Folkboat. The coach roof layout with the doghouse is the original design and provides useful space below in the galley area.

This yacht is owned by a shipwright and he undertook and extensive rebuild in 1998 and has continued to keep her well maintained.

Originally, she had an inboard engine but this was removed in the rebuild in favour of the outboard.

All in all a lovely boat in lovely condition.
