Broker's Comments

A classic shoal draft yacht from the board of the famous Maurice Griffiths. Safe, comfortable, easy to handle and cheap to maintain the Medusa appears to be a very sound coastal cruiser, well thought out in a "nuts and bolts" sort of way. This example benefitted, not too long ago, from a refit by a marine steel fabrication specialist and his approach to deck safety sets a standard that production builders would do well to copy.
Her roomy four berth cabin is light and airy with completely new windows and seals, and she boasts a large galley and separate heads compartment.
Furthermore, she benefits from a frugal diesel engine which starts first touch of the button, runs clean with no smoke and only stops when it's asked to! After standing idle throughout the recent festive season, with temps to minus 10, she started, and ran as described, TODAY, 10th Jan 2009 and you can't say fairer than that!
An ideal first yacht in which to "learn the ropes".
