Broker's Comments
Elizabethans have a great reputation as good sailing boats with a low capsize ratio and good comfort. Little is known about this boat as it is being sold by the yard to cover unpaid yard fees (by agreement with the owner).
Equipment has not been tested and sails are not present but she appears solid and should someone feel inclined to take on this project, with an investment of both time and a bit of money, she will once again be an impressive sailing boat that always turns heads.
She can be kept at her current location whilst work is carried out (monthly costs is approximately £150 pcm) as all dues will have been settled from the sale proceeds.
This is a project boat but is a long way from being condemned. Offers are welcome, for someone with the appetite, this could be a bargain.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
