If you make a list of what you want when you start to buy a sub 30 ft family cruiser you will probably find that this Dufour 1800 ticks most of the boxes and may fulfill all of your requirements.
She has lots of room below and with the 5th berth being the pilot above the port bunk, it is ideal for sneaking around with all the family on those spring evenings with the lifting keel wound right up.
Loads of stowage and even a bit of privacy up front with a spacious double.
