The Colvic Sailer 26 is a rugged bilge keeled cruising yacht from the late '70's; yachts of this era were built to hefty scantlings and Colvics were heftier than most. Examples of the marque have safely cruised the 'Seven Seas' and if your budget is tight and your horizons are broad you could do worse than consider such a vessel.
However - this is probably the worst prepared example of a 'yacht for sale' that I have personally ever seen!
Any prospective buyer needs to look beyond the abandoned beer bottles, used saucepans, 'mood' candles on the chart table etc. A handy skip would seem to be in order. She is prodigiously equipped down to wind vane, aerogen, solar panels etc etc. Clear out the junk - just go sailing, oh, and she's cheap!
