Broker's Comments
This Birchwood 31 Commodore brings all of the quality and specification expected in this renowned design and build. Providing a Motor Cruiser capable of inland and offshore use alike.
The cockpit provides plenty of space with a collapsible windscreen, a command bridge helm position and a radar arch which can be unbolted for inland river cruising. With wide side decks for ease of movement while working on deck and a spacious foredeck, also providing use as a sun deck.
The interior is light and roomy, with plenty of stowage, benefitting from plenty of window space. The open saloon contains plenty of seating and an interior helming position which leads forward and down to the double forward cabin, complete with en-suite jack and jill accessible heads. Moving aft through the saloon and set lower is the separate aft cabin providing a large, well equipped galley and comfortable, spacious dinette area.
In this current ownership there have been plenty of upgrades, (detailed throughout the listing) and lightly used, including a new cockpit tent, new diesel tanks, davits and a recent engine service. Visiting the boat and listening to the boat's recent history from the current owner gave me a sense that this boat has been well cared for and is now ready for adventures with a new owner.
Also available for separate negotiation, is the dinghy and outboard.
