EXCLUSIVE Mooring Port Ambonne (Village Nat) ...
This boat gives a real impression of being bigger that she actually is. As well as the conventional forward V birth with table infill, it also has a full size double birth under the cockpit floor.
There is a easy to board stern access door over the swimming platform. This will lead you into the cockpit with "C" shaped outside seating with table. there is also the addition of a starboard side double seat and to the Port side, a large, double helm seat with 230v / 12v fridge.
Going forward, you will enter the cabin via a smoked glass, Poly carbonate / Perspex sliding door. As you enter, you will find a very useable galley with 3 burner gas hob, Microwave and sink with hot water.
To the Port side there is a surprisingly large and comfortable shower and WC. Then the V shaped seating with table that converts to a second double bed.
Also, unusually for a boat of this size, and a feature that I like very much is the forward deck is accessed via the side gunwalls rather then through the centre windscreen. this style is normally reserved for larger boats.
The owner purchased this boat from new in 2002 and commissioned 2003. Since then, the boat has only 149 hours. many of there would have been from periodic running and engine warming. the boat was use twice per season. It has been regularly serviced and re antifouled every year without fail.
The boat also benefited from plenty of 'extras' boxes being ticked when purchased new. It has a GPS chart plotters, VHF, Automation/manual trim tabs, a galvanic isolator, electric windless, TV Stereo; Microwave, Black water holding tank with option sea discharge and the list goes on...
There is one particularly important benefit to consider with this boat. The mooring is transferable to the new owner. There is currently a very long waiting list to get a place in this port.
