Broker's Comments

Only three Pheonix Class yachts were built just after the Second World War and this is the last surviving example. This vessel was apparently sailed frequently in the early 1950's by Charles Nicholson. The last owner (who has sadly passed away now) has totally rebuilt this vessel using modern materials where appropriate. With cabin heating and a 2011 reconditioned engine, this vessel is looking for a new owner to take her forward and get her back out on the water.
