Esta Bajaría 44 es muy amplia, bonita y bien cuidada. Ha sido comprada por sus propietarios actuales con el sueño de poder hacer unos cruceros a través del Mediterráneo. Problemas de salud hacen que ahora tienen que abandonar este sueño y que quieren vender el barco. Han añadido varios elementos para adaptarlo: aire acondicionado/bomba de calor en el camarote de armador y el salón, potabilizadora (por estrenar), generador, etc. El barco (versión propietario) es muy completo, y listo para zarpar. Amarre disponible. El barco tiene IVA pagado.
