Broker's Comments
This sale is the result of a sailing school renewing its fleet. This is just a ten year old boat in good condition. The most striking thing is that just three years ago she had a new engine and sail drive so there is plenty of time left in her yet. Her sails were also renewed in 2013. At her current price she represents a great deal. I strongly recommend a viewing.
