Broker's Comments

This Beneteau Oceanis 411 is now on the market with the option of a London leisure mooring for someone looking for a central pied-a-terre.

This is the premium Owner's Version and the way it has been maintained belies it's 19 year lifespan. The exterior is clean and has recently had it's teak decks renewed to give it an extra lease of life. The boat is well equipped with two chart plotters, AIS, radar reflector and loads of safety equipment.

Internally, the boat has been modified to make it comfortable as a stayaboard with extra electric heaters installed for winter nights aboard as it has been used as a London base by the owner for the last seven years.

Over £28,000 has been spent on the boat in that time too and I can vouch for the exemplary way this boat has been maintained. It's a great example of a popular cruiser and viewing is highly recommended.

Current mooring fees at St Katharine Docks are £10,500 p.a. roughly and the mooring could be transferred with confirmation from marina management.
