Broker's Comments

A special boat build for speed to an exceptionally high standard by the current owner. It sports a Carbon Fibre two part mast and is capable of flying an asymmetric spinnaker from the fully retractable carbon bow sprit. Her rig is loosely based on the Dragon keel-boat with zippered luff sails and spectra running back stays that can fully tension the forestay. She was designed and built to race and being of the same lines as a National 18 and only displacing around 700kg makes for a really sparkling performance.

The boat has a cold moulded hull with a cuddy capable of sleeping two but with limited head room. Abaft this the cockpit is huge and can amply accommodate 7 or 8 adults.

All the decks are colan boat coating from new with 7 or more coats; now nearly 7 years old she has a fabulous finish and hardly a blemish.

She comes with an as new galvanised braked roller coaster trailer and boom-up camping tent. So if you are looking for a Day Sailor with amazing performance that is easy to sail – this could be the boat for you.
