Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this smart 40ft Narrowboat for sale with London residential mooring at Limehouse Basin, E14.

Built in 1983 but completely renovated in 2013, this cosy boat makes the best use of its length and is an ideal pied-a-terre for someone. Being shorter means it falls in the cheapest mooring price bracket at this marina too.

The boat has just been surveyed (Sept 2021) and blacked with new anodes fitted as well as engine servicing and a new BSS (May 2021).

The level of finish internally is incredibly high with lovely wooden worktops and cabinetry, LED lighting and modern Thetford cooker. There is a hidden TV which rises from the sideboard. The main sofa can be converted into a larger day-bed as you can see in the photos.

The residential mooring at Limehouse is fully transferable (7.5% + VAT transfer fee) and this ever-popular marina has great access to central London via the DLR and is also a perfect base to explore London's canals and rivers from. Current mooring fees are £8,430 (£9,104 paid monthly).

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
